RSD INFO-PLEASE READ!!

Facebook is a great tool to stay connected with your leaders and team members! If not a personal page,  you will want to create a business page to connect to our facebook training page listed towards the bottom of this document.
Also, every  Monday evening we have our TEAM CALL.  Terri Medine is the host for  this call.  We  spend about one hour or so networking, training, and have Q & A time.  This call is crucial so make it a point to put it on your calendar and attend each week.  Call in number is Dial: 712-432-3100 Conference Code: 943026

As you know, you will need to enroll 10 memberships to reach RSD. (Regional Sales Director)  (This could be 10 members or 10 IBO’s or a combination of both. ANY TYPE of membership counts towards the 10!)
The best way to start aiming for this promotion is to be consistent, set a goal date and let us know what it is! That way we can help you reach it! The #1 most important thing for you and your success is to stay in touch with your enroller at least once a week if not more often!!

    We know when you are first getting started, you may feel overwhelmed with all the training and think “there is just way too much, I’m never gonna get to start working”.  First, that’s a normal feeling and second, you do not have to wait until you are done with your training to get started working.  Don’t expect to know everything before you start working, you will learn as you earn.  Hands on is always the best training.  A very common mistake that we see, is people spending entirely too much time training and not working.  So, we encourage you to start working tomorrow whether you know everything yet or not.  You can do it!!
    There are so many ways to generate leads.  Each of my new IBOs are furnished leads to start but this is probably the most important step you need to master right away!
    If you don’t have enough people to talk to in the beginning but are eager to work, let your enroller know that you are ready and ask if they could send you some leads to get started working with!  We want to help you succeed and we are all very happy to send leads to those that are working!  Here are a few action steps that you can start implementing today to get on a fast track to RSD:
    Online Methods:

    Once you are on the training site, go to the “Marketing/Reference Library” and click on “Online Advertising” Also, for more sample websites, ads and scripts that we use, check the files that I have sent to you or ask me!
    For member leads, we recommend placing ads on sites like Craigslist, Oodle, etc. Post under the “services” section or “community”.  Keep the ad simple!  And pick smaller cities so that you are not charged a fee. For IBO leads you can use the same sites but put them under “customer service”.
    Local Advertising:
    For local advertising, we recommend placing flyers, business cards and brochures around town.(offline marketing)   So you will need to get your materials in place if you plan to work your local market.  You can find some great flyers on the training site that you can print off on your printer at home. We recommend the dental 1/3 flyers (so you can easily place them around town) you can order 250 free business cards at: www.vistaprint.com  For additional marketing material samples for Vistaprint, click on the Marketing Samples tab on this site.
    Also, there is a grand opening e-mail on the training site that you can e-mail out to everyone you know letting them know you have started a business so you can let them know what you are offering.  These are awesome!!!  Even if they don’t enroll right away, your name will come to mind if someone needed benefits in the future! Many of us still have enrollments trickling in from the e-mails we sent out to our family and friends. So, awesome!
    What to Say, Script, Presentation:
    Okay, now that you are generating leads you need to know what to say when they call or you’re ready to call them. To learn everything you have to know about the company, you need to pick a script from the training site so when a prospect asks you a question, you can answer them.  All the scripts are great but it’s important to find one that kind of fits your personality and easy for you to remember; if you are planning to give full presentations on the phone to your prospects about our opportunity.  
    We have a wealth of opportunity and member scripts available to us, ask me and I will send you additional ones that may not be on your training site. We have two methods that work great and we highly recommend to anyone that is really crunched for time. #1 is the “Overview Method” and does not involve full presentations over the phone!  #2 is my adapted script based on international trainer and mentor Dani Johnson.  If you are interested in learning about the details of these methods, let me know and I will be happy to provide this information for you!
    Training:
    As you are generating leads and talking to people every day about the biz opp or about the benefits, it’s important to keep refining your skills.  I encourage you to continue listening to a minimum of 2-3 training calls per week.  Staying plugged in to our training is HUGE!!!  All of us leaders still listen to training calls every week.  Until we are #1 in this company, we still need training!   Here is the link for the FAHT weekly calendar:http://www.brownbearsw.com/freecal/FreedomTeam
    Stay Connected:
    Also, it’s extremely important to stay connected to your enroller and your upline.  None of us can imagine where we would be in our businesses if we hadn’t stayed in touch with our enroller or upline on a daily or weekly basis.  The ones that keep in touch with us are the ones promoting! It makes all the difference!
    Well, you now have a great head start on your path to RSD!!  We know you can and will do this!  You have greatness in you, that is why you’re here with us!!!!  We believe in you!  Most importantly, we are here for you to help you, to train you and to guide you so you can succeed!
